Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Work
1. Services provided include interior and exterior demolition, debris removal, and related work as
specified in written contracts or proposals.
2. Any additional work outside the agreed scope must be approved in writing and may result in additional
charges.
2. Estimates and Pricing
1. All estimates are based on the information provided by the client at the time of quotation.
2. Final costs may vary if site conditions differ from those described or if unforeseen hazards or materials
are discovered.
3. Clients will be notified promptly of any changes in pricing due to unexpected conditions.
3. Permits and Compliance
1. The client is responsible for securing and providing all necessary permits, unless otherwise agreed in
writing.
2. Amazing Demolition of NJ complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including
environmental and safety regulations.
3. Work will not commence until all required permits are obtained and verified.
4. Site Preparation and Access
1. The client must ensure clear and safe access to the demolition site for equipment, vehicles, and
personnel.
2. The client must remove or secure personal property, utilities, and non-demolition items before work
begins.
3. Amazing Demolition of NJ is not responsible for damage to items not removed from the demolition
area.
5. Hazardous Materials
1. Discovery of hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos, lead, contaminated soil) not previously disclosed may
result in work stoppage.
2. The client is responsible for the identification, removal, and disposal of hazardous materials by a
licensed contractor, unless specifically included in the agreement.
6. Safety
1. Amazing Demolition of NJ follows OSHA and state safety guidelines at all times.
2. Clients, tenants, or other parties must stay clear of work zones during demolition.
7. Payment Terms
1. Payment terms will be outlined in the signed contract or invoice.
2. Deposits may be required before work begins.
3. Final payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise specified in writing.
4. Unpaid balances may result in work suspension, collection actions, and applicable late fees.
8. Liability and Insurance
1. Amazing Demolition of NJ carries general liability and workers’ compensation insurance.
2. The company is not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, hidden structural
defects, or client-provided information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
3. Clients must maintain their own property insurance during the demolition process.
9. Delays
1. Project timelines may be affected by weather, permit delays, site conditions, or other circumstances
beyond the company’s control.
2. Amazing Demolition of NJ is not liable for delays caused by such events, but will make reasonable
efforts to complete work in a timely manner.
10. Termination of Services
1. Either party may terminate the contract for material breach by providing written notice.
2. The client is responsible for payment of all work completed and expenses incurred up to the date of
termination.
11. Governing Law
1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
2. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey, in the county where Amazing Demolition of
NJ operates.
12. Acceptance
By engaging Amazing Demolition of NJ for demolition services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these
Terms and Conditions.
